  2. For example Katie decided to try and create light using a pencil lead. But options are wide. You can build models of periscopes, microscopes, telescopes, spectroscopes, kaleidoscopes, pin-hole cameras, zoetropes. You can also present a demo experiment of a light effect or an illusion based on characteristics of light. The result should include a contraption built by you and a scientific explanation of how the instrument/illusion works.

    1. Do they have to actually work or they can be just models?
And when do we have to finish with this?

  3. They have to work as well. So you can demonstrate and explain how the effect is achieved and everybody can try to operate your device or discover the science behind an illusion by themselves. The project deadline would be during the second week.

    1. Talk with Zack. Zack had also the idea of doing the Newton's wheel. One of you has to choose something else.

    5. Ok. We will see in the lesson tomorrow. I do have a motor of some sort, but for this experiment setup i was asking you to provide and think for yourself. So this late i am not sure the motor in the storage vill/can help your experiment.

    1. Ok. Lets hope everything works out tomorrow in the lesson. I'm sure you understand also yourself that leaving things to the last minute can make organizing and building more difficult than they would otherwise be.
